Our delivery models:
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction): We take full responsibility for the end-to-end execution of your hydrogen project. This model is ideal for smaller and mid-scale projects requiring fast-track delivery and integrated management.
- EPC-M (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Management): For larger or more complex sites, we act as your lead engineering partner while you retain flexibility over contracting. We manage interfaces, procurement and scheduling to ensure quality outcomes.
- Owner's Engineer: We represent your interests at every stage, from feasibility to commissioning. Our team ensures technical integrity, regulatory compliance and strategic alignment.
