LIFTE H2 is founded and led by the former strategy, engineering, and product development leadership teams from one of the world's leading hydrogen infrastructure companies.

Paul is responsible for some of the most important hydrogen industry collaborations currently convened. A trusted name in the industry, he routinely demonstrates the ability to bring unusual partners together for a common goal.

Urszula Lachowicz, Deputy Managing Director

Ula adeptly oversees the business operations of LIFTE H2, drawing from a decade-long immersion in the startup ecosystem spanning diverse industries. Her expertise lies in empowering organizations to craft global brands, efficiently lead teams, orchestrate projects, and foster growth. Notably, she also played a pivotal role in co-founding the Polish Berlin Tech community.​

Markus started his career in investment banking and has since worked for more than 12 years in the energy industry with a focus on energy trading and renewable energy at global companies such as Uniper, E.ON and RWE.
